SIMON HOSKING – GROUP CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER
Simon has been with EFM for seven years, with four year’s experience spent working in the Nordics within the Finnish & Swedish Retail commercial property industry. He was responsible for launching the EFM management platform in Helsinki in 2006. He was Group Chief Operating Officer from 2008, a role that that included client relationship management for Cornerstone, London for the €1bn Nordic Retail Fund.
Appointed Group CEO at the end of 2009, Simon is responsible for Group operations & development in the UK, Sweden, Finland and Estonia. ______________________________________________________________
LEE ROBERTS – GROUP FINANCE DIRECTOR
Lee Roberts joined EFM in 2007 having worked closley with the company since it’s inception. As Partner in a city-based firm of Chartered Accountants he has varied and wide experience dealing with businesses in a variety of fields.

ANDERS SUNDIN - CONSULTANT FINANCIAL OFFICER (EFM SVERIGE AB)
Anders Sundin joined EFM during spring 2007 and takes overall responsibility for Finance administration and specialized property accountants. Anders has developed and implemented financial reporting templates for EFM and clients. Anders holds a bachelor degree in statistics and economics from University of Lund and has 10 years of experience within financial reporting, accounting, group, consolidation and business control.
